The magnetic resonance energy used in TESLA former treatments has been used for patients who have suffered a stroke or similar condition, which may have limited their ability to use their muscles optimally. This magnetic energy can be applied directly to stimulate the muscles’ activity, thereby enhancing muscle growth.
It’s possible to contract muscle by passing through an electrical current. However, this is a passive way of contracting muscles and is not ideal. Alternatively, we can choose an active process using magnetic energy to stimulate muscle growth. For example, applying that TESLA former to the abdominal muscles for 20 minutes is equivalent to doing 50,000 abdominal crunches. This form of energy stimulates local muscle growth and decreases fat stores in the adjacent tissues.

You will be encouraged to concentrate on the muscle contraction during the stimulation to facilitate your given ‘active learning exercises’.
Results can be seen after the first treatment, though many people require several treatments to obtain strong visual results. Once results are seen at the desired level, the results generally last up to 12 months. However, adding an exercise routine to maintain muscle formation is recommended and can make a difference in the time the results can last.
