The magnetic resonance energy used in TESLA former treatments has been used for patients who have suffered a stroke or similar condition, which may have limited their ability to use their muscles optimally. This magnetic energy can be applied directly to stimulate the muscles’ activity, thereby enhancing muscle growth.
It’s possible to contract muscle by passing through an electrical current. However, this is a passive way of contracting muscles and is not ideal. Alternatively, we can choose an active process using magnetic energy to stimulate muscle growth. For example, applying that TESLA former to the abdominal muscles for 20 minutes is equivalent to doing 50,000 abdominal crunches.
