BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we require a $100 deposit for all registered nurse appointments, and a $150 deposit for all appointments with Dr Sam. Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if at least 24 hours notice is given.
Our deposit process is made through a secure link sent to your mobile number after your booking. If any questions or concerns please contact us via phone or the contact form below.
