At Samara Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing you with the best care and service. All our consultations and treatments are tailored to your individual needs by highly experienced medical doctors and registered nurses. To ensure an efficient scheduling process, the following fees are required.
We require a deposit at the time of booking for all appointments, including consultations and prepaid packages. This deposit will be applied towards your consultation or treatment on the day of your appointment.
• Dr Sam Aravinth: $150 deposit
• Registered nurses: $100 deposit
NB: The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Our deposit process is made through a secure link sent to your mobile number after your booking. Alternatively, you can pay via credit card over the phone on 1300 726 272.
All new patients, or patients requesting new procedures, must start with a consultation with either Doctor Sam Aravinth (for cosmetic medical procedures) or a registered nurse (for cosmetic procedures).
• Consultation with Dr Sam Aravinth: $150

NB: Your deposit will cover the cost of your consultation fee.
• Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment must be done 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• If the deposit is not used (e.g. you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice), it can be carried over to secure a future appointment without the need for a new deposit.
Cosmetic Clinician – RN
Sarah is a seasoned Registered Nurse with a wealth of expertise spanning over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curtin University of Technology in 2009. To further enhance her skills, she then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing at Notre Dame University, specialising in Emergency Nursing through a postgraduate program. This focused training honed her proficiency in Advanced Life Support, IV cannulation, and comprehensive patient assessment and management techniques.
While Sarah has long been interested in Aesthetic Medicine, she dedicated herself entirely to this passion in 2021. Undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables at the prestigious Australasian Academy of Cosmetic and Dermal Science, she equipped herself with advanced knowledge and skills in Aesthetic Nursing. Sarah joined the Samara team in January 2022, bringing an ardent interest in Collagen Bio-stimulating injectables – treatments tailored to combat signs of ageing.
Cosmetic Clinician – RN
Carly is a registered nurse, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. Following her studies, she completed a rigorous 12-month graduate perioperative program at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital in 2014. Proficient across all specialities, Carly has a robust clinical expertise in perioperative care, accumulated over her 11-year tenure in North Metropolitan Healthcare and the private sector. Notably, she has specialised in Orthopaedics, assuming a pivotal role in the surgical treatment of sarcomas and orthopaedic oncology within a private nursing capacity.
Driven by her passion for Aesthetic Nursing, Carly started her training in 2022. She acquired certification in foundation training for the use of cosmetic injectables from the esteemed Derma Medical Training Academy. This has given her comprehensive skills in patient assessments, consultations, and administering facial volumising restoration, biostimulators and anti-wrinkle treatments. Additionally, Carly holds a certificate in Laser Safety, enabling her to collaborate closely with Dr. Aravinth to expand her expertise in light-based and dermal therapies. Through these endeavours, Carly offers a diverse range of treatments, providing her patients with a holistic approach to skincare and healing.
Cosmetic Clinician – RN
Erin is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from New Zealand in 2010. With over a decade of experience, she has honed her expertise in emergency nursing across diverse settings, including tertiary and remote areas. She has certifications in advanced cardiac life support, trauma nursing, triage, patient assessment, and work health and safety protocols.
After dedicating twelve years to emergency department nursing, Erin began to explore her passion for aesthetics. In 2023, she completed the Postgraduate Aesthetic Nursing And Dermal Therapy Diploma through the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science.
Having encountered her own skin challenges, Erin approaches her practice with empathy and understanding, guiding her clients with compassion on their skin journeys. Committed to empowering her clients to feel confident and at ease in their skin, Erin offers a comprehensive range of modalities, prioritising a holistic approach and natural results.
Erin recognises the importance of continuous learning and development in the ever-changing aesthetics industry. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of practice and is enthusiastic about expanding her repertoire of skills and knowledge while collaborating with Dr. Aravinth.
Cosmetic Clinician – RN
Triveni earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, starting her career as a registered nurse in a general medical ward. Transitioning to the perioperative department in 2017, she specialised in obstetrics and gynaecology, broadening her clinical expertise. Triveni further diversified her skills while working in Regional Western Australia, gaining proficiency across various specialities. Her return to Perth in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic saw her assuming the role of Clinical Nurse in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, catering to various specialties.
Triveni developed a keen interest in the medical aesthetic industry early in her nursing career. In 2023, she dedicated her career path to this field, undergoing comprehensive in-house training alongside Dr. Aravinth. This training encompassed a spectrum of patient assessments, consultations, and treatments, including anti-wrinkle treatments, facial volumising restoration, bio-stimulators, and laser therapies, following her certification in Laser Safety.
Committed to professional growth, Triveni continuously pursues further education, delving into facial anatomy and staying abreast of emerging products in the dynamic and ever-changing industry.
Beyond her hospital role, Triveni operates her own business as an eyelash technician from her home studio. Central to her practice is a commitment to enhancing patients’ features safely, striving for natural and aesthetically pleasing outcomes. She prides herself on providing personalised guidance to patients, empowering them to explore various options aligned with their goals, ultimately fostering confidence and self-assurance.
Practice Manager
Judy boasts extensive experience in the medical sector, having commenced her career in the UK within the National Health Service (NHS) in the field of Human Resources. Following her relocation over 25 years ago, Judy transitioned to a role as a Primary School Canteen Manager, where she effectively utilised her organisational and managerial prowess.
Subsequently, an opportunity arose for Judy to rekindle her passion for the medical domain. Approximately one year after Dr. Sam Aravinth established his clinic, Judy assumed the role of Practice Manager at Samara Aesthetics. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the practice.
Beyond her managerial duties, Judy holds qualifications as a fully accredited phlebotomist, possesses a Laser Safety license, and maintains an advanced First Aid certification.
Despite her extensive tenure within the tightly-knit team at Samara Aesthetics, Judy remains deeply engaged in her role and eagerly anticipates continuing her contributions for many more years to come.
Clinician Assistant
Cyrilla brings a wealth of expertise to her role, boasting 13 years of experience in the cosmetic services sector. Previously, she held the esteemed position of a fully qualified cosmetic physician in her native Indonesia, and she is presently pursuing her qualifications in Australia. Furthermore, Cyrilla has garnered considerable experience within the dental industry.
Within the esteemed team at Samara Aesthetics, Cyrilla is dedicated to collaborating with Dr. Aravinth, primarily focusing on skin treatments such as IPL treatments and infusions. She adeptly offers empathetic counsel and guidance to patients, ensuring optimal care for maintaining healthy and youthful skin under Dr. Aravinth’s supervision.
Cyrilla’s credentials include a current Western Australian Phlebotomy Certificate and a Peripheral Intravenous Cannulation certificate, in addition to her Laser Safety Certificate.
It is important to note that Dr. Carmelia’s current professional status does not entail registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a medical practitioner.
Medical Receptionist
Asha serves as a welcoming presence at the front desk of Samara Aesthetics, where she has been an integral member for the past 5 years, coinciding with the relocation of Samara Aesthetics to the Inglewood locale. Committed to fostering a vibrant and hospitable atmosphere, Asha takes pride in her role and eagerly anticipates continuing her contributions to the business.
With extensive experience as a receptionist in the aesthetic medical industry and a background in pharmaceuticals, Asha brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Her passion for creativity and beauty led her to pursue a Makeup Artistry and Skincare course in 2014, further enhancing her expertise.
Asha excels in delivering exceptional customer service, deriving satisfaction from assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds. She has a thorough understanding of all procedures conducted at Samara Aesthetics, and is a valued member of the team.
Furthermore, Asha holds a current phlebotomy license and Laser Safety certificate, underscoring her commitment to upholding professional standards in her role.
Medical Receptionist
Malika’s primary objective revolves around ensuring the utmost comfort and safety of patients at Samara Aesthetics. With a rich background spanning both the medical and legal sectors, Malika boasts a distinguished history of delivering exceptional customer service. Her unwavering dedication is directed towards cultivating a positive and enriching experience for all patients within the practice. Additionally, she has augmented her expertise by completing a comprehensive course in applied medical terminology and in phlebotomy.

Allyson brings a wealth of experience garnered from years in the well-being and beauty industry, coupled with a robust background in customer service. Her journey into the realm of aesthetic practice has culminated in her joining our esteemed Inglewood clinic. Holding licenses in both laser procedures and phlebotomy, she combines her expertise with a passion for enhancing patient outcomes at the clinic. With an innate attention to detail and a genuine desire to uplift others, Allyson is dedicated to fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our clients at Samara.
